To schedule your first appointment, just e-mail Finetune’s owner, Maeve Yore, using our easy contact form. Let her know what is bringing you to finetune, what you hope to gain from the experience, and any specific concerns that you have. If you would like the benefit of a short phone consultation, tell us how and when to best reach you.

Once Maeve knows a bit more about you she will match you with an instructor in the collective that best suits your needs. Your instructor will then serve as your primary contact person, scheduling your appointments, collecting payment, and designing an individualized Pilates program just for you.

At finetune we work exclusively one-on-one, with weekly standing appointments that help you make working out a priority. Whether you are new to Pilates or just new to finetune, our 4 session Introductory Special is the perfect way to get started. We look forward to getting to know you and sharing the many benefits that Pilates can bring to your life.

It works in concert with the body’s myriad moving parts, promoting overall integration and vitality.

What is the CoreAlign?

Developed by physical therapist, Jonathan Hoffman, CoreAlign exercises combine cardiovascular work, and integrated, full-body exercises with a mind-body approach. Many exercises are performed standing, allowing you to learn movement patterns that translate directly to functional activities from walking to athletics.

What Should I Wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows the body to move without restriction. Pilates is generally practiced barefoot, or in socks. We have a small dressing room for your convenience.

How Soon Will I Get Results?

Every body is unique and will respond to the Pilates work at its own pace. Creating new movement habits and a new physique is a process that requires effort and commitment. Real and lasting change happens over time. Regardless of your long term goals, we have one very important objective for each session: that you leave rejuvenated, relaxed, and more confident and comfortable in your body. A consistent investment in yourself will bring results.

What If I Need To Cancel Or Reschedule My Session?

Creating the groundwork for a consistent Pilates practice and a respectful working relationship is important to us. One-on-one sessions at finetune are primarily scheduled on a ‘standing appointment’ basis. To facilitate this consistency, your standing appointment time is retained for you in your instructor’s weekly schedule. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your instructor will be happy to arrange this with at least 24 hours notice.
