Will Pilates Help Me I Lose Weight?
Over the years, our clients have proven that the answer to this question is a resounding – yes – pilates can be an integral part of a multi-dimensional weight management program. Including eating a healthy diet & engaging in cardiovascular exercise. Pilates works on the physical level to build muscle, on an emotional/mental level it encourages you to drop into your body to see how your really feel. Together these give you the courage & confidence to make the changes that will result in a healthier, lighter, empowered you.
What Should I Wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows the body to move without restriction. Pilates is generally practiced barefoot, or in socks. We have a small dressing room for your convenience.
How Soon Will I Get Results?
Every body is unique and will respond to the pilates work at it’s own pace. Creating new movement habits and a new physique is a process that requires effort & commitment. Real & lasting change happens over time. The wonderful thing about pilates is that you have fun & feel wonderful all along the way. Regardless of your long term goals, we have one very important goal for each session: that you leave rejuvenated, relaxed, more confident & comfortable in your body. What If I Need To Cancel Or Reschedule My Session?
Your instructor will be happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice.

In consideration of others & to give yourself a much needed break, please turn your cell phone off during your session. If you find that you do need to take a call during your time in the studio please step out into the hallway to hold your conversation.
